1. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Window:

  • How to Cancel:

  • Refund for Cancellations:
    Orders cancelled within the 24-hour window will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Post-Dispatch Orders:
    Orders already dispatched or shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund section below.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be applicable under the following conditions:

a. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request images or unboxing videos to verify the issue.

b. Non-Delivery
If your order has not reached you within the estimated delivery timeframe and tracking shows no progress, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

c. Partial Refunds
In select cases where the product is slightly damaged but still usable, we may issue a partial refund based on the nature of the issue.

d. Refund Rejection
We reserve the right to reject refund claims that fall outside these conditions or show evidence of product misuse or tampering.


3. Return, Replacement & Exchange Policy

We offer an Easy 7-Day Return Policy from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return or replacement:

  2. Provide your order ID, issue details, and photos (if applicable).

  3. Once verified, our team will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process.

Replacement Policy:

  • Replacements are subject to product availability.

  • If replacement stock is unavailable, a full refund will be processed.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or storage errors.

  • Items without original packaging, seals, or labels.

  • Opened or used wellness and personal care products.

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery.

  • Complimentary or free items received during promotions.

  • Personal hygiene or custom products (e.g., oils, creams, herbal mixtures, personal care tools).

5. Refund Process

6. Returning Complimentary Gifts
